Frequently Asked Questions
1. What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Life happens — we get it! If you need to cancel, just let us know within 7 days of purchase or at least 21 days before your scheduled install (whichever comes first), and you’ll receive a full refund.
After that window, we’ve likely already ordered your supplies and booked your date, so we’re unable to offer refunds — but we’ll always try to help where we can!
2. What if something isn’t quite right with my décor?
We take pride in making everything beautiful and just right. If you notice a quality issue within 24 hours of your delivery or install — or as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to make it right! Please note we can’t cover things like weather damage, curious pets, or the neighbor's rogue soccer ball. 😉

3. Do you come to my neighborhood?
We currently serve the South Valley, West Lake area, and Park City (Park City includes a $50 delivery fee).
If you're outside these zones—don’t worry! Reach out to us, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your location. A small delivery fee may apply depending on distance.
4. Will you take photos of my porch?
Yes! We love sharing your gorgeous porch moments. We may photograph or film your setup for our portfolio or social media. If you'd prefer to opt out, just let us know at least 48 hours before your install — no problem at all!
5. How do I care for my decor, especially pumpkins?
Uncarved pumpkins typically last 8–12 weeks, especially in cool, dry weather. To help them stay fresh, avoid overwatering nearby plants, grass and try to keep them dry. Pumpkins placed directly on grass or damp surfaces may deteriorate more quickly, so we elevate them during installation whenever possible.
6. Do I get to keep any of the decor?
Great question! If you'd like us to return at the end of the season to take everything down, we typically retain the reusable decor pieces—like buntings, risers, and seasonal props—so we can refresh and reuse them for future styling.
You’ll generally get to keep items like wreaths, doormats, and bows unless otherwise noted. If you’d prefer to keep everything, just let us know at the time of booking so we can adjust pricing and tax classifications accordingly. We’re happy to work with your preferences!
7. Do you offer gift cards or promotions?
We sure do! Gift cards make great surprises and seasonal promos pop up throughout the year. Be sure to subscribe or follow us on social to catch them when they drop!
