Return and Refund Policy for My Posh Porch

1. Cancellations

Customers may cancel orders for a full refund if the cancellation is requested within seven (7) calendar days of purchase or at least twenty-one (21) calendar days prior to the scheduled delivery or installation date, whichever occurs first.
Cancellations
outside of these timeframes are not eligible for refunds due to the advance purchase of custom materials and supplies that cannot be recouped.


2. Returns

Due to the custom and seasonal nature of our products and services, all sales are final upon delivery or installation.
DIY kit recipients are solely responsible for
proper assembly and safe use of kit components once delivered.
My Posh Porch is
not responsible for any damage, injury, or dissatisfaction resulting from customer assembly or installation. DIY kits are non-returnable once shipped.


3. Limited Replacement

For décor damaged due to workmanship or material defect within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery or installation, My Posh Porch may, at its sole discretion, offer repairs or partial replacements.
Damage resulting from weather, pets, misuse, negligence, or other external factors is
not covered.


4. Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon pickup. No returns or claims will be accepted after items are removed from our premises.


5. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseeable events beyond our control, such as severe weather, illness, or supply chain disruptions, we will attempt to reschedule services.
Refunds will
not be provided unless required by applicable law.
